Ariana Lockstadt MD

Ariana is a Christian family medicine trained physician with a passion for lifestyle medicine and nutritional health. She values working with patients to optimize their well-being in mind, body and spirit and works toward reversing disease, not just managing it. She has been on several mission trips including to El Salvador and Bolivia with Global Health Outreach. Ariana loves being part of her church’s community group and volunteering on the church’s missions team. She also loves adventure, including hiking, camping and traveling to explore new countries and cultures. In her spare time, she likes to read, go rock climbing, play board games and spend time with her husband, family and friends.
