A one-time enrollment fee of $50 for individual memberships and $75 for family memberships will be applied. Enrolling children 0-18 yrs. requires one accompanying adult membership.
Please note : we ask for a 30-day advance written notice if you decide to cancel your membership. Any outstanding account balances must be paid in full at the time of cancellation. If your monthly fees are past due by 30 days, we have the right to terminate your membership.
